Shipping policy

FREE Standard Ground Shipping available within India on all orders above ₹2500 (after any discounts or promotions have been subtracted and excluding taxes).

Order processing usually takes 2-4 business days; however, at this time, processing times may be delayed. Once picked up from our warehouse, ground packages are usually delivered within 7 business days. However, please be aware that many shipping carriers can experience delays due to increased volume / local operational issues. As a result, shipments may be subject to delays while in transit. All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within India.

We offer internationational shipments to the countries listed below for now:

• Singapore
• Sri Lanka
• All Schengen Countries
• UK
• Scotland
• USA

Please note the cost of international shipments + customs must be borne by the buyer & we will not take any responsibility for the order once picked up from our warehouse. We only accept pre-paid international orders.

Owing to the perishable nature of our products, we are limited to a no return/ no exchange policy. Having said that, we want you to love your Novavii purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to beauty@novavii.com with your feedback on what went wrong and we will do all it takes to set it right. 

Gift Returns

Please take note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at beauty@novavii.com. We will arrange for our delivery partner to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

If your package is missing, please check with other members of your household and neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf. If the package is still not found, we will start a backtrace with our delivery partner, and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-5 business days.
