Returns
Owing to the perishable nature of our products, we are limited to a no return policy. Having said that, we want you to love your Novavii purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to beauty@novavii.com with your feedback on what went wrong and we will do all it takes to set it right.
Exhanges
Owing to the perishable nature of our products, we are limited to a no exchange policy. Having said that, we want you to love your Novavii purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to beauty@novavii.com with your feedback on what went wrong and we will do all it takes to set it right.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at beauty@novavii.com. We will arrange for our delivery partner to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
If your package is missing, please check with other members of your household and neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf. If the package is still not found, we will start a backtrace with our delivery partner, and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-5 business days.
Gift Returns
Please take note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
